All our products are handcrafted and made only after an order is placed and confirmed. Orders take up to 15 days to process before dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery will take an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.
We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee monitor color accuracy.
Replacement Policy We only offer replacement for products that are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item received
We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Replacement Conditions
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims
- The product must be unused and in original condition
Replacement Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

- Our team will verify the issue
- Approved replacements will be processed within 7–15 days
After verification, we reserve the right to arrange courier pickup of the damaged product before dispatching the replacement.
Cancellation Policy Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as all products are made to order.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, sales regions, or discontinue products without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us.
