  • We currently ship only within India.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed for delivery outside India will be automatically canceled and refunded.

2. Order Processing Time

  • As our goods are handmade, each item undergoes careful finishing and quality checks before dispatch.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During peak seasons, sales, or special promotions, order processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified in case of delays.

3. Shipping Partners

We are partnered with Shiprocket to ensure safe and reliable delivery across India. Courier partners include:

The choice of courier partner is determined by Shiprocket’s logistics system based on serviceability and efficiency.


4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 working days after dispatch.
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–8 working days after dispatch.
  • Remote/Hard-to-Reach Areas: 7–12 working days after dispatch.
Note: Timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or government restrictions.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout before payment.
  • From time to time, Culture Aisle India may offer free shipping promotions, announced on our website.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive email/SMS with a tracking number & courier details.
  • You can track shipments directly on our logistics partner’s portal.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If returned due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refusal, we will contact you for re-dispatch.
  • Extra shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
